This report provides insight into your leaders’ skill sets at the beginning and end of the coaching engagement, revealing progress over time as they gain mastery of their new skills.

The Operational Report
This report delivers actionable usage data to optimize user engagement throughout the program. Monitor who is having sessions, the time spent on-platform, user demographics, satisfaction, and employee feedback on coaching every month.
Bravely Advance™ users have access to unlimited coaching sessions, allowing them to not only develop a mastery of their chosen skills, but also to get on-demand support with any challenges that arise in the flow of work.
The employee completes a skill assessment and reviews it with their coach to identify the skills they need to improve to become a more effective and successful leader.

Meeting with a coach at a regular cadence, the employee receives the support and accountability required to master the skills that they need and overcome any other challenges that arise in the flow of work.
Create a plan to strengthen and apply those skills
At the beginning of the engagement, the employee partners with their coach to create a personalized skill development plan and decide on the regular cadence at which they want to meet.
At the end of the engagement, the employee takes the final skill assessment to measure growth and organizational impact.
